Case Study: Nissan.....
Brief

Increase load capacity of vehicle.
Provide flat floor loading when required.
Provide additional storage for CD player, full size spare wheel, road side repair jack, first aid kit, safety triangle, 12V socket and further general storage.
All the above to be achieved whilst maintaining all styling features and within certain cost parameters
.

Solution.....

The final solution would encompass the entire brief with the addition of creating a European patented design using totally new interior materials and technology.

A load bearing low cost composite reversible floor and stowage system was created.

The main centre section is reversible thus allowing a soft carpet finish that would enable flat floor loading from the tailgate threshold.

In reversed mode this provides a considerable increase in volume with the added advantage of a wipe clean surface ideal for muddy boots or any item which would normally mark or stain a carpeted interior.

Conclusion.....

Nissan are world renowned for reliability and ongoing product development.

Labyrinth Developments have been fortunate in introducing a total product innovation into the Nissan Portfolio.
